I really enjoyed watching the video about Stefan Sagmeister and how he lets the music inspire him and his design. “The covers should be an icon of the music” I really like the quote, I also found it interesting how he said bad music never has a back cover. I guess it just go to show how good inspiration results in good designs. So if your planning and research is good when working on a project is should theoretically result in a good product be produced.

My concept for the cover came to me to clearly. With my emotion being naughty (innocent) I make gonna design my cover with the concept to always draw outside the line (meaning be different, wild and like 1975 don’t follow the trends). Make the cover look like a children’s book.
After exploring with the text, it become very clear the all black was best as it created the better contrast. (the text was easiest to read)
Evaluation
Sadly I didn’t get time to design a back but overall i am very happy with the concept of my cover. I ended up liking about the coloured and black version. The black is definitely more my style but its always good to adventure out and do something a little messy since most of my designs are very minimal and clean cut.
