Conduct detailed research on at least three different ranges (comprising two or more products) of shaving cream products that are currently on the market. The purpose of this research is to try to ascertain any market gaps, that your range of shaving creams may fill.

Note: I found it really hard to find any SHAVING CREAMS that are on the market and the products that I did find only sold one shaving cream in the range.

Market Gaps

  • There are not a lot of shaving creams available
  • No pump bottle which i believe would be a great benefit
  • Not a lot of womens or gender neutral shaving creams
  • small tubs
  • Old packaging as it is an older product
  • There was not mid price that could compare with foams
